Last Rays of the Midnight Sun. Northern Norway.

Not your usual wall piece! This visually striking print is made of aluminum, just like s/v Lumi's hull. And just like Lumi, this print looks amazing and is made to last.

LIMITED RELEASE PRINT, ONLY AVAILABLE UNTIL THE END OF 2023.

I took this drone shot in an unnamed fjord in Northern Norway in 2020. At 70 degrees northern latitude, the sun does not fall behind the horizon during the summer, but in this fjord it would hide behind the mountains for a few hours each night. The same location is featured in the episode "24 hours where the sun never sets".

• Direct printed onto the aluminum surface with very well-saturated colors that pop off beautifully. The surface is extremely durable and smudges can be easily wiped off without damaging the print.
• The DIBOND® panel is crafted from two aluminum layers with a black polyethylene core in between. The 4 mm (0.15 inch) thick panel is rigid and strong.
• The print itself is matte, giving it a timeless look. It is also glare-free, as there is no glass/plastic cover (unlike in traditional framed prints), so you don't have to worry about light reflecting off the surface.
• Easy to set up on your wall. Includes a hanging kit. Strong double-sided tape (not included) also works very well for hanging without tools.
• Sizes may vary slightly by region. For the US and Canada, the measurement is in inches, while for the rest of the world, it is in centimeters.
• Printed and shipped on demand from either USA, Europe or Australia, ensuring minimum carbon emissions for shipping. On-demand printing also means no prints ever go to waste.
• Expect up to approx. 2 weeks total delivery time if using standard shipping. Most locations will also have also other, faster delivery options available at checkout!
